Young Preschool Program Summary

Our Young Preschool Program is designed to provide Older Two's and Young Three's an environment in which to continue to grow and learn.  This is a small classroom of six or less children.  The program is ideal of two's who want and need a longer circle time and activities which require more focus than younger two's desire.   It is also ideal for children who are three but not yet potty trained.

This program is staff by an excellent caring educator.  Click here to see Young Preschool Staff Bios

We accept both full time and part-time children into the program.

Parent Comments on our Young Preschool Program

"My son was ready for a structured learning environment, but was not potty trained.  No Preschool class would take him and he was bored in the two year old program.  I have been thrilled with your Young Preschool program!!  He loves to come to school is learning and now that potty training is not a forced, he is much more willing to use the potty."

"My daughter is so happy to come to school.  We both love the smaller classroom setting, as she adjusts go full day care.  It has been such an easy transition.  She is learning and growing so much I can not believe it!"

  **Notes on Outside Play:
Ø      Outside Play is weather permitting.
Ø      Outside Play schedule may be adjusted between the rooms to account for age of the children and circle time / art project activities.
Ø      Our goal is to ensure children are outside twice a day, weather permitting.

Note: This is our spring/fall schedule.  We adjust the activity time in the summer to take advantage of the cooler hours (i.e. morning outside play is earlier) for outdoor play.  In the winter, we take the children outside if the weather permits, otherwise we arrange for larger motor activities indoors.
